Audi hacks vehicle lights for World Cup scoreboard

The World Cup is the most socially active sporting event around the globe, but without an official partnership with FIFA, it's difficult to be part of this online conversation. Audi wanted to cut through the clutter by enhancing the viewer experience.

The team brought an idea to life in less than two weeks through the combination of shipping containers, twenty-eight A8 vehicles , a live camera, and a little firmware hacking.
Set up in Brooklyn, the scoreboard used the Four Ring's signature LED headlight technology to broadcast scores in real-time to Manhattan and digitally distributed them to fans around the world.
